My name is J.D., I am 48 and have been happily married to the same woman for over 28 years. We have 11 children, 4 grandchildren and run several businesses from home.
When I turned 39, I decided to start working out and change my 149 lb., 6'1" frame into something more respectable. We were on the cusp of turning our dream of entrepreneurship into a reality, money was getting better, so I entered in to the world of gym life & alcohol.
Fast forward 9 years, I gained 36 lbs., originally mostly muscle, but by this time, thanks to alcohol...fat. I had settled on the notion that "I had reached success." I no longer had fitness goals, family goals or life goals in general...and I had my chosen relationship with alcohol to blame.
It was time for a change. A BIG change that required BIG changes.
This is when life began again.
I changed my daily habits, admitted where I was and over the course of 11 months, reached sobriety.
Now my mission is to help other dads achieve their goals, keep their success and live life through sobriety & fitness.

Upon signing up you receive access to my fitness app with a custom fitness plan, custom nutrition plan, daily goals/habits tracker, and access to my personal cookbook with several high protein meal/snack recipes to choose from to meet macro goals.
We will determine your BMR (base calorie burn) and adjust accordingly to be able to reach your desired physique.
I will put you in touch with Ty, my supplement guy, to see what (if any) supplements might be beneficial for you.
I will help guide you through the process of getting some bloodwork done.
Most importantly, we will establish direct communication via Text/WhatsApp for weekly interaction (1:1 calls, text).
Lastly, you will get access to my 2 weekly group calls as well as the Sobriety & Strength Legion Community that's been established.
Guided Goal Reaching:
Set clear, achievable goals across all areas of your life. Break each goal into smaller, actionable steps and monitor your progress.
Daily Movement:
Incorporate a blend of strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and core exercises.
Weekly Calls:
Engage weekly with 1:1 calls as well as weekly group calls. Building a network with like-minded individuals, enhances your growth.

All clients that are in the U.S will have contact through my personal cell. OCONUS clients will have communication through WhatsApp.
I would love to guarantee results, however, both you and me know that the results are completely dependent on your commitment level. I will say, that everyone that has trusted the process and is honest with themselves, has seen the results they hoped for.
At the moment, all events, calls and communication will be virtual. I am in the process of creating a live event that will allow our community to meet in person. Coming Soon!
The basic program consists of a total of 12 months. The first 3 months will include the 1:1 experience. I will say that although there is a "3 month" time frame for 1:1 communication, each case will be evaluated. I will also say that, during this period of time, it is quite possible that we will become good friends...I aways have open communication with good friends!
